Olivier was with ABN AMRO Bank in various business functions, including, as Senior Vice President, in relationship management for global clients, private clients and commodity-trading clients in New York, Singapore and Amsterdam.
Olivier has a thorough understanding of the banking industry inside out, having served in several senior positions within ABN AMRO for more than 28 years.
As independent consultant, Olivier has been working in international business continuously for the past 10+ years, having advised entrepreneurs in start-up companies, investors in commercial (hotel) real estate, pharmaceutical corporations, industrialists and high net worth individuals.
Olivier has a civil law degree from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands.

Susan has a background as international corporate lawyer, having worked on cross border transactions in three jurisdictions, i.e. New York, Singapore and Amsterdam.
Susan has a civil law degree from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands, as well as a LLM degree from the New York University School of Law. She is admitted to the New York State Bar.
Furthermore, Susan was involved in the Amsterdam real estate market and served many years as President of The Netherlands Board of Habitat for Humanity, a worldwide non-profit organization.
Susan’s negotiating skills in addition to her quick understanding of complex legal issues make her indispensable to Benefacta Consultancy and has proven a valuable contribution to the services we offer to our clients.
